Veit ekki hvort ég var búinn að pósta þessu áður,, ef svo er þá M5 3.6/3.8 engine tuning Dear BMW Tuners We have started to tune-up BMW M5, 6 -cylinder engine about six years ago in Finland. The engine was were started is normal factory make M5 3,6 litre ( S38B36 ) -engine, that delivered in a dynamometer 317 Hp and 369 Nm of torque. The same dyno has been used always and every time at all the tests below: Orginal engine Wetterauer Chip 331 Hp / 391 Hp 110,6 Nm / litre / 1000 cc 93,6 Hp / litre / 1000 cc Stage 1. Race engine -Schrick 280 Camsaft -Unichips ECU -Adjustable Camgears -Whit orginal airbox and exhaust manifold 345 Hp / 6600 rpm 406 Nm / 5270 rpm 114,8 Nm / litre / 1000 cc 97,6 Hp / litre / 1000 cc Stage 2. Race engine -Schrick 280 Camsaft (inlet/Exhaust) -Adjustable Camgears -Whit orginal airbox and exhaust manifold -Hestec ECU 352 Hp / 6650 rpm 415 Nm / 5200 rpm 117,4 Nm / litre / 1000 cc 99,6 Hp / litre / 1000 cc Stage 3. Race engine -Inlet camsaft 296 made by Mauri Virtanen, Finland -Exhaust camsaft 280 Schrick -Adjustable Camgears -Cylinderhead works by Hannu Makkonen, Finland -Throttle body M5 3.8 (S38B38) 50 mm -Inlet valve 38 mm -Wiseco Piston BMW M3 2.3 (3580 cc) -Compression ratio ~ 11,2:1 -Stock cranksafth + conrods -Whit out orginal airbox + ITG Megaflow special made air filter -Orginal exhaust manifold -Hestec ECU 390 Hp / 6900 rpm 424 Nm / ~6000 rpm 118,4 Nm / litre / 1000 cc 108.9 Hp / litre / 1000 cc Stage 4. I'm not even using the engine in a E34 body, we have fitted it to a BMW E30 M3 -model car that is fully equipped to race but fully legal to use in traffic. With the last Stage 5. -engine, I'm also tuning a non-turbocharged engine M5 3.8 litre (S38B38) 3795cc race engine, that has experienced all the possible changes to get better. Our passion is to make the most powerfull non-turbocharged M5 3.8 (3795 cc) engine there is in the north side of the world. The accomplishment is to achieve over 490 Nm of torque (+129,1 Nm / 1000 cc) and plus 475 Hp (+125,1 Hp / 1000 cc) of power. Ég hringdi í gst ... og hann sendi mér póst með stærðinni í mm og ég þakkaði fyrir .. en rétt er að hann sendi linka ....... sem ég var alls ekki búinn að opna ,,eða taka eftir þetta sem ég copyaði var svar inni á m5board,, til Mert þar sem menn eru ekki alveg að kaupa rökin hans ,, og einn sendi þetta svar á móti |
