hefur einhver hér ráðist i að swappa út lyklasystemi á annaðhvort e39 eða e38.

Ég er með e39 og það fylgir bara 1 lykill sem ekki er með fjarstýringu.

Ég er að spá hvort maður ætti að kaupa notað kit sem inniheldur það sem er í titlinum og swappa á milli. Hefur einhver hér testað þetta ?

Kostar ekkert að kóða orginal lyklana , þeir koma kóðaðir fyrir bílinn.
Þarf bara að setja fjarstýringuna við og maður er 10sek að því

Þetta voru upplýsingar sem ég hafði frá umboðinu. Var að spá í þessu fyrir x5 fyrir fáeinum mánuðum.

If you buy a used bmw diamond key from ebay you cant just programme it so it will start your car.

The reason why is that there is an IC chip on the circuit board that can only be written once.

Obviously it has been written once already to the vehicle in which it was removed from.

This key will then only operate in that vehicle.

If you have the correct equipment then you can make the key work again BUT you need to replace the IC chip

This chip will be new & unwritten when you buy it.

The below photo shows the IC chip in question.

On the left it is in-situ on the board

On the right is a new IC chip & in most cases it is a Elmos 10030A & is a 8 leg chip



You need to carefully remove the IC chip on the board with a soldering iron.

You then need to carefully solder the new unwritten IC chip on the board.

The remote is now ready to be re-programmed to the new vehicle it was bought for.

Same situation again here

Once the IC chip has been written to the new car it is no good for any other vehicle unless

a new IC chip is fitted once again, " get the idea"

After the chip has been written with the correct equipment all keys

for that vehicle will need to be re initialised to the vehicle

in order for all to lock / unlock the doors etc.

já það er samt held ég spurning hvort einhver lyklasmiður gæti forritað lykilinn eftir að hafa skipt út IC rásinni, maður þyrfti eiginlega að athuga það.
